10 weeks training, with an optional 1 month internship at our premises or a partner office.

Training Faculty
Alain Abeh, MD, MBA, PhDc
Dr Alain Abeh is a Medical Affairs professional and healthcare entrepreneur, with close to a decade of clinical and pharmaceutical experience spanning Africa and North America. He has gained hands-on experience in public health, pharma sales and medical affairs throughout his professional career, and is passionate about helping the next generation of professionals in pharma.
Alain holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Douala, Cameroon, an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Western Governor's University, USA, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Economics and Policy from Lancaster University, UK. He also holds multiple certifications, and prides himself as being the first to get the BCMAS certification from Africa back in 2018.
Martin Ekiti, MD
Dr Ekiti is a Pharmaceutical Physician who currently serves as Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs for Nova Biomedical, covering the US and Canada. He has previously worked with Johnson and Johnson and Sanofi and has over 10 years of experience in clinical medicine, occupational health, public health and pharmaceutical.
Martin is passionate about raising the next generation of leaders. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Harvard University, USA.
Leonel Nono, MD
Dr Nono is a Pharmaceutical Physician who currently serves as Marketing Director at Laboratoire Servier, in charge of West and Central Africa, based in Ivory Coast. He has over a decade of experience in sales, product management and pharma marketing, and is currently responsible for the marketing strategy in over 15 countries in West and Central.
He's passionate about pharma marketing and sales strategy. Dr Nono holds a Doctorate from Université des Montagnes, Bangangté, Cameroon and certifications in project management from University of California, USA.
Roely Bayebec, PharmD, MBA
Dr Bayebec is a pharmacist who currently serves as Lead Trainer for Laboratoire Servier in Côte D'ivoire. She has 10yrs of experience in pharma sales, sales force & support functions development.
She's passionate about helping the next generation of professionals realize their full potential through education and mentorship. Dr Bayebec holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon and an MBA in Marketing from ESSEC, University of Douala. She also holds several certifications.
Isidore Noris Ebanda Mendeng, MD, MSc
Dr Ebanda Mendeng is a Pharmaceutical Physician who currently works as Manager for External Affairs and Strategic Partnerships for Novartis for Sub-Saharan Africa, based in Côte D'ivoire. His over 10 years of experience spans clinical medicine, public health and pharma affairs. His experience in the industry includes medical affairs, field force operations and brand management.
Isidore is passionate about how collaboration and partnerships can improve patient outcomes. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon and is currently pursuing a degree in Clinical Trials at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London.
Gabriel Kimathi Muthuri, MBChB
Dr. Gabriel Kimathi Muthuri is a Medical Affairs leader currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Medical Affairs with Viatris and based in Kenya. With over 15 years' experience in Clinical Research and Medical Affairs, he helps in advancing evidence-based medicine, strategic medical engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across Sub-Saharan Africa.
He holds an MBChB degree from the University of Nairobi, and certificate in Leadership Management in Health from University of Washington.
Laura Nassara, PharmD
Dr Laura Nassara is a Regulatory Affairs and PV Pharmacist and is currently Director of Regulatory Affairs with Viatris, based in Cameroon. Her over 10 years of professional experience span Medical Sales, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, where she has had increasing posts of responsibility and expertise.
She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry, Guinea and is interested in public health.
Tutua Agyekum, MSc
Tutua Agyekum is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist currently working with Johnson & Johnson and based in Ghana. With over a decade of experience spanning Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs, she has a strong track record of navigating complex regulatory environments to deliver timely, compliant market authorizations across Africa.
Tutua holds a BSc in Chemistry, and an MSc in Food Quality Management, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana.
Chibuike Clifford Uzor, MBBS
Dr Uzor is a pharmaceutical physician who currently works as Medical Lead for Pfizer, based in Nigeria. He has worked across multiple therapy areas including immunology, oncology and neuroscience, driving medical strategy and advancing evidence-based engagement with healthcare professionals.
Chibuike is passionate about health innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship. Dr Uzor holds a Doctorate of Medicine (MBBS) from the University of Nigeria– Nsukka and is board-certified as a Medical Affairs Specialist from the Accredited Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA), New Jersey, USA.
Peter Vanes Ebasome, MD, PhD
Dr Ebasone is a physician-scientist currently serving as the Director of Research Operations at Clinical Research Education, Networking and Consultantcy (CRENC), a global Clinical Research Organization based in Cameroon. His 8+ years of experience spans clinical medicine, clinical and public health research coordination.
Peter Vanes is interested in the intersection of epidemiology, AI and implementation science. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Buea, and a PhD in Public Health Epidemiology from the University of Cape Town– South Africa.
