Martin Ekiti,
MD
Dr Ekiti is a Pharmaceutical Physician who currently serves as Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs for Nova Biomedical, covering the US and Canada. He has previously worked with Johnson and Johnson and Sanofi and has over 10 years of experience in clinical medicine, occupational health, public health and pharmaceutical.
Martin is passionate about raising the next generation of leaders. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Harvard University, USA.
Leonel Nono,
MD
Dr Nono is a Pharmaceutical Physician who currently serves as Marketing Director at Laboratoire Servier, in charge of West and Central Africa, based in Ivory Coast. He has over a decade of experience in sales, product management and pharma marketing, and is currently responsible for the marketing strategy in over 15 countries in West and Central.
He’s passionate about pharma marketing and sales strategy. Dr Nono holds a Doctorate from Université des Montagnes, Bangangté, Cameroon and certifications in project management from University of California, USA
Roely Bayebec,
PharmD, MBA
Dr Bayebec is a pharmacist who currently serves as Lead Trainer for Laboratoire Servier in Côte D’ivoire. She has 10yrs of experience in pharma sales, sales force & support functions development.
She’s passionate about helping the next generation of professionals realize their full potential through education and mentorship. Dr Bayebec holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon and an MBA in Marketing from ESSEC, University of Douala. She also holds several certifications.
Isidore Noris Ebanda Mendeng,
MD, MSc
Dr Ebanda Mendeng is a Pharmaceutical Physician who currently works as Manager for External Affairs and Strategic Partnerships for Novartis for Sub-Saharan Africa, based in Côte D’ivoire. His over 10 years of experience spans clinical medicine, public health and pharma affairs. His experience in the industry includes medical affairs, field force operations and brand management.
Isidore is passionate about how collaboration and partnerships can improve patient outcomes. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon and is currently pursuing a degree in Clinical Trials at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London.
Chibuike Clifford Uzor,
MBBS
Dr Uzor is a pharmaceutical physician who currently works as Medical Lead for Pfizer, based in Nigeria. He has worked across multiple therapy areas including immunology, oncology and neuroscience, driving medical strategy and advancing evidence-based engagement with healthcare professionals. Chibuike is passionate about health innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship. Dr Uzor holds a Doctorate of Medicine (MBBS) from the University of Nigeria- Nsukka and is board-certified as a Medical Affairs Specialist from the Accredited Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA), New Jersey, USA.
Peter Vanes Ebasome,
MD, PhD
Dr Ebasone is a physician- scientist currently serving as the Director of Research Operations at Clinical Research Education, Networking and Consultantcy (CRENC), a global Clinical Research Organization based in Cameroon. His 8+ years of experience spans clinical medicine, clinical and public health research coordination.
Peter Vanes is interested in the intersection of epidemiology, AI and implementation science. He holds a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Buea, and a PhD in Public Health Epidemiology from the University of Cape Town- South Africa.
Cleia Etoa,
MD, MSc, PhDc
Dr. Etoa is a Medical Doctor and digital health specialist currently working with a University of Bordeaux, France. Her close to 10 years’ experience spans clinical practice and public health, with a knack for digital health solutions.
She is passionate about digital health, and works to bridge clinical practice and technology to strengthen health systems in Africa. Cleia holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon, an MPH and currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health (Health Informatics) at the University of Bordeaux, in France.
Armelle Michelle Houatchaing,
PharmD, MSc
Dr Houatchaing is Pharmacists-scientist who currently works as a Drug Formulation and Characterization Specialist at Chimie ParisTech, in France. Her 8yrs of professional experience spans regulatory affairs, supply chain management and nanomedicine for drug delivery.
She’s passionate about novel drug delivery system and their application to emerging healthcare threats. Michelle holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Douala, Cameroon and an MSc in Nanomedicine from Université Paris Cité, France.
Michel Adurayi Amenah,
MSc, PhDc
Michel Adurayi Amenah is a Development and Health Economist who currently serves as Head of Research and Policy at Rewrite to Build Africa, based in Ghana, and as Health economist with the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has extensive experience in health systems research, policy analysis, and economic evaluation across Sub-Saharan
Africa. Michel is passionate about bridging the gap between evidence and policy and mentorship of young researchers. He holds an MSc in Economics from University of Ghana and is currently pursuing a PhD from Lancaster University, UK

Duration:
3+1 months of training: The training shall last for 3 months, with an optional 1-month professional internship at our premises or a partner office.
