Our Leadership Team
Alain Abeh,
MD, MBA, BCMAS
Founder & Managing Director
Alain has close to a decade of experience in pharma and clinical practice. On the pharma side, he has led the medical department for multiple pharmaceutical companies across sub-Saharan Africa and North America. In these roles, he has designed and delivered product trainings to sales teams, participated in launching multiple life-saving drugs and coordinated clinical studies and trials.
He holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Douala-Cameroon, an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governor’s University, USA, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Economics and Policy at Lancaster University, UK. He is also a Board-Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMAS) from the Accredited Council of Medical Affairs, NJ, USA.
Njie Enow Tachie,
PharmD, BCMAS
Head of Regulatory Affairs and Consulting
Dr Njie is a pharmacist with over half a decade of experience in regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry. She has led regulatory and PV departments in prominent pharmaceutical companies in Cameroon and sub-Saharan Africa, where she’s successfully navigated the complex dossier submission process leading to multiple Marketing Authorization approvals. Dr Njie heads the regulatory affairs department, where she coordinates with our partners and local officials to ensure a seamless submission process
Dr Njie holds a PharmD degree from the University of Douala, Cameroon. She is also a Board-Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMAS) from the Accredited Council of Medical Affairs, NJ, USA. When not working, she enjoys brainstorming, traveling, and trying out new recipes.
Bertrand Nke,
PharmD, MSc
Head of Operations and Training
Dr Bertrand Nke has a diverse experience in pharma sales, medical communications and sales operations. He’s has increasing roles of responsibility in medical sales, coaching and field operations. He combining scientific prowess, business insights and strategic pharmaceutical marketing to achieve sales and lead sales teams to success.
At Teak Pharma, Dr Nke coordinates field operations and our certification program, ensuring our trainees get the best out of our courses. He also manages the sales teams,ensuring they achieve their KPIs. Bertrand holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Masters in Pharmacology and Toxicology, both from the University of Douala.
